Naelan is a private company, whose capital is mainly owned by its management team and by BNP Paribas, which expressed the wish in 2013 to support the development of the company.

The distribution of the shares of Naelan is given in the figure below. Naelan Software and Naelan Consulting, the two subsidiaries of the group, are 100% held by Naelan Group.
