Produce accessible PDFs with KSL
With KSL's PDF/UA generation module, accessibility can be integrated into the document production process.
The objective: to produce structured PDFs that can be used by assistive technologies, while maintaining control over the layout and visual identity of communications.
This approach allows, in particular, for better consideration of the document structure, the hierarchy of content, and the information necessary for appropriate reading.
A challenge that is both technical and professional.
Document accessibility is not just a matter for IT teams. It directly affects the business, communication, and customer experience teams that design and distribute the documents.
Integrating this dimension into the production chain makes it possible to move from a logic of correction after the fact to a more industrial and reproducible approach.
An opportunity to develop your documentary production
If you regularly produce letters, contracts, statements, certificates or other PDF documents, accessibility can be integrated into your overall thinking around Customer Communication.
Good to know: until the end of the year, NAELAN is offering a 25% discount on the PDF/UA module for all orders .

Call for projects: co-build our future specification AI
NAELAN continues its developments around artificial intelligence and is working on a future feature designed to assist users in creating specifications for document models — and, eventually, in creating the models themselves.
To test and finalize it as closely as possible to real needs, we are looking for willing customers to share some of their document templates and specifications .
👉 If your team is keen to test this feature in advance and directly influence its design, let your usual NAELAN contact know.

Technical documentation generation — Automatically generate clear and structured documentation from your project templates, to reduce documentation effort and keep track always up to date.
