Use Case

To publish its HR documents, an insurance company with 3,000 employees managing 1.5 million policyholders and 2 million beneficiaries chose KSL HRDOC MANAGER to supplement its existing HR information system. Documents are published singly or in batches, using actions carried out by HR managers directly from the HRIS application. Some document templates can be accessed directly from an HR intranet.
The goal of this project was to model all of their HR documents using a reduced number of mockups and components in order to optimize their maintenance and to automate searches for employee information using a data feed from the HRIS.
The task of creating the mockups was assigned to the customer’s publishing team, and the HR and legal teams were responsible for adding and editing paragraphs within the documents (clauses for contracts and addenda).
