Under intense regulatory pressure, Kanonik must produce complex, consistent and compliant contractual documents in ever shorter timeframes.

Prior to NAELAN's acquisition of KSL Suite , the existing solution was showing its limitations: lack of stability, poor visibility into outputs, cumbersome maintenance, and limited flexibility for handling very high volumes of dynamic documents. The situation had become sufficiently restrictive to warrant considering a change, despite the financial, technical, and organizational impacts involved.
