SPB chooses KSL Email Designer to support its digital transformation

To support its activities, SPB has been using KSL solutions since 2010 to manage its document processes.
The SPB Group designs and manages insurance and assistance offers for everyday products and services (banking, telecoms, distribution, mobility, travel, energy, healthcare equipment). The SPB Group also specializes in the repair, reconditioning, and recycling of electronic products through its subsidiary Save (+200 stores).
Founded in 1965 and present in 16 countries, SPB is an independent, family-owned company that serves businesses (white-label offerings) and individuals (claims management). Its 1,200 employees are committed every day to three values: innovation, excellence, and integrity.
To support its activities, SPB has been using KSL solutions to manage its document processes since 2010. While desktop publishing became a major project, other processes quickly became crucial, such as the management of personalized emails as part of its customer relations, which is why SPB is equipping itself with KSL Email Designer.
SPB strengthens its customer relationship with KSL Email Designer
Faced with the digitalization of processes and customer communication, SPB needed to develop its emailing strategy by relying on a partner capable of managing its needs in terms of management and marketing emails.
To standardize existing processes and improve team productivity, the company wanted a single tool, KSL Email Designer, to manage its email sending. The goal is to send personalized, consistent emails that align with its communication strategy, whether marketing or transactional. Using a single solution for both types of messages makes it easy to manage and track all emails. KSL Email Designer ensures SPB sends the right information to the right person in the right place.
The implementation of the solution was particularly quick and simple thanks to the solution's technical interfaces and the personalized support provided by the Naelan team.
Users were thus able to benefit very quickly from a flexible and scalable solution . The ease of creating and modifying email templates based on a centralized repository and the end-to-end management of sending and tracking particularly appealed to the marketing and IT teams.
SPB now manages editorial content, marketing messages, illustrations, photos, etc. and pre-designs of responsive, high-quality emails, integrating clickable data, links, and a "look and feel" in compliance with the company's graphic charter.
Thanks to the very intuitive handling of the tool, operational teams can then manage, with complete autonomy and in compliance with their authorizations, the sending of emails for customer responses, membership forms, requests for supporting documents, or communication campaigns… An employee, for example, easily and quickly designs and distributes a response to a customer request by personalizing a template (header, footer, etc.), accessible from a simple browser, a true collaborative portal.
Finally, KSL Email Designer, with its partner Efidem, allows SPB to monitor its email sending from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing unsubscriptions, tracking, behavioral statistics and much more.
From the outset, 240,000 emails per month were processed and sent with KSL Email Designer. SPB aims to digitize as much as possible the exchanges with all new customers, who are automatically integrated into the KSL solution. By the end of 2022, the volume had increased tenfold, and approximately 2,500,000 emails were processed by KSL Email Designer.
